Center For Peeksters Who Love Peeking

Hello, my name is CRamsey and I'm a peekaholic.

I was casually introduced to the peek due to a co-worker was aware of my concern of paying too much for services I don't need.

At first I was afraid of the initial startup cost for the device but when I went back to Target a few weeks later the cyan peek was $49.95 and I could not pass it up.

Since then it's very seldom to see me without it.

Hopefully together we can keep our addition in check. Hopefully it won't be as addictive as the bloated "Crack" berry.

It's good to see I'm not alone.

Welcome CRamsey! Cool story about how you became a Peekaholic!

Anyone else have any other interesting stories about how you were introduced to Peek.. or about your everyday use of Peek?

Hope this can be a site for everyone to share and collect fun stories, photos, videos, etc. relating to Peek (hmm.. or maybe funny ones related to other mobile devices?).. so please feel free to blog, post, upload, etc. =)

Oh, and I'm Cindy, Peekaholic #1. I've been peeking since early this year.. so as you can see, it's been quite an addiction for me ;)

I got my Peek because I could not get out of my cell contract to get an iPhone. The Peek seemed like a good option for getting email at a good price. Now I don't plan on changing to another phone.

I use my Peek to get email notifications during the day so I do not have to monitor incoming emails (work for a small software company and I can spend my time doing my other work uninterrupted), then go to my laptop to view and respond. When traveling, the usage is obvious.

I have not had any issues with mine. I like the simplicity and single usage. I also like the fact that I can talk on my phone and check and send email at the same time.

Let's just hope we don't find ourselves 2 years down the road in front of a group of people saying " Hi, my name is xxxx and I'm a Peekaholic". - At least it sounds better than "Crackberry". : )

Your story sounds like mine. Verizon was charging 2.5 times for email service - with Peek I expect to save $360 this year. Sounds like a marketing tool!
