Just exactly who are your Peek Care Counselors?

David Hung

David (aka “Chief Caretaker” and “Hungster”) is Peek’s utility player—in addition to leading Customer Care, he’s in charge of making Peeks, taking orders for Peeks, shipping Peeks to customers, and making sure everybody’s Peek is working properly. His law degree also makes him Peek’s de facto in-house counsel.

David lives in New York. He grew up in Northern Virginia and has lived in Los Angeles, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Taipei. He loves traveling and food and has a serious sweet tooth. He’s a hard-core Miami Dolphins fan and also holds the office title for king of useless pop culture trivia.

Alice Lee

In addition to being the webmaster for Peekaholics Anonymous, Alice is part of the Ops team as the Customer Care Manager and is based in sunny Oakland, CA.

She hails from Ohio originally and graduated from Stanford University, but after living in San Francisco and the Bay Area for several years, she can now say that she prefers the warm sun over snow and cold any day. From her days on the crew team, she has attached herself to all things water: the Pacific Ocean, the beach, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and hopefully parasailing. Alice loves traveling, and frequents New York City, Phoenix, Atlanta, and Taiwan quite a bit.

Gabe Fabius

Gabe Fabius - Peek problem solver and resident therapist. If you have problems you talk to Gabe and he will take care of it. You will see him appearing on the Peek blog (http://blog.getpeek.com ) and on the Peek boards (http://boards.getpeek.com/ ) helping the budding community of Peeksters.

Ghie Angara

Ghie (pronounced like the letter “G”) is also one of our Customer Care Team Leads. She’s been in the customer care industry for about 5 years now. A graduate of Information Technology, she started off as an IT specialist before moving to customer care management.

The one word that best describes her—“adventurer!" You’d normally catch her doing something she’s not yet experienced. Be it a new water sport or a new place yet to be conquered- she’d be the first to enlist! Although she may sound like she welcomes all new adventures, there’s one thing that is definitely off of her list--- and that is bungee jumping!
