I can tell you that by watching the little status box, it appears that the updater never executes. It says "Execute C:\Program Files\Peek\desktop\PeekDesktop.exe" but then that file never opens. Instead it just removes some files and quits. I used...
Gabe, I am using Windows XP, I downloading the application that doesn't delete. I get the status box and it completes the application, but it doesn't effect the Peek. I've tried 3 different USB ports. Carolyn
