So I've decided to do the following, thanks to Target's rather liberal return policy (IMO) for the Peek, among other things: 1. Grab another Peek off of eBay (new in box, cheap). 1.5 Send in both Peeks for firmware upgrades. 2. Let the service on my current Peek run out (used a now-inactive PayPal SecureCard for payment, so it should just expire). 3. Start up new service on the eBay Peek. 4. So I like my Peek. However it's going back to Target. Reason: cheaper on eBay, new. Problem: Credit card (PayPal Secure Card) is authorized for $19.95 right now, and I'm supposed to have a month of service free to start...will this charge disappear after a bit? What needs doing: Account cancellation in a few days (moving over to new Peek, unless the account can just be moved from one S/N or IMEI to another), refund of $19.95 if needed (if acct cancelled and it is indeed a charge).
